Equal parts impressive and disappointing

The location was fantastic , and the customer service was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

Cleanliness was a concern , as I discovered issues with the bathroom and towels during my visit.

Had a lovely stay with spacious, clean rooms and a delightful air freshener—a real mood lifter! The location is fab with easy access to shops and restaurants. Perfect for a family getaway!

But good grief, the bathroom was a bit of a rollercoaster—drain issues galore! A shower curtain might help stop the water ballet on the floor!

Portland's food scene is straight-up fire! You can't miss Oyshi Sushi by Sith—it’s just a short stroll away and packed with flavor. Marble Slab Creamery for dessert is a must for any sweet tooth. The place had some solid customer service moments as well. they did their best to accommodate our needs.

Now, about my room, the sheetrock above the AC looked like it had seen better days, and stains galore on the mattress and couch. I had to bail out and find a different spot. A little less attention to detail would make all the difference.

We loved our stay, especially the spacious room with amazing views and the clean, refreshing pool that was perfect after a long day. The BBQ facilities were a great bonus for a fun evening grilling together. Just a heads up, the elevator was a bit slow, but it didn't take away from our wonderful experience! 😊

Excessive noise from barking dogs next door disrupted my stay, making sleep elusive at times. I faced a shock during check-in when my room was changed at 7 PM to a smaller one, which was inconvenient, to say the least. To top it off, the new room had a leaking sink, leaving water pooled around—a detail hardly anyone finds charming.
